vivre brand identity
VIVRE is a nonprofit organization based in Nice, France that focuses on the destigmatization of mental health, specifically bipolar disorder. The name comes from both the word ‘to live’ in French and ‘to survive.’
VIVRE’s goal is to create an intersectional, safe space. This played into the brand identity in every aspect. The heavy-petaled flower represents growth. It is based on the lotus flower that blooms even in the worst conditions. The petals interconnect to create a strong and healthy blossom.
The muted yellow and pale purple were selected directly out of photographs of lotus flowers in their prime. The colors may be complimentary, yet their duality works together to create a complete identity.
